ABAPI and Philippine e-commerce platforms have committed to responsible online sales of alcohol, aligning with IARD’s global standards. They support retailers and delivery agents with training tools for responsible alcohol sales.
Taxation
ABAPI and its members are committed to responsible corporate citizenship, promoting fair tax systems in the Philippines through partnerships to generate government revenue and foster economic growth.
Alcohol-in-Society
ABAPI promotes responsible drinking and lawful sale of alcohol globally. Programs like the “Power of No” address drink driving, while the e-Commerce Pledge tackles underage access to alcohol beverages, ensuring consumers can enjoy products responsibly.
Illicit Trade & Unrecorded Alcohol
ABAPI works with stakeholders to combat illicit and unrecorded alcohol, promoting consumer safety and protecting the reputation of legitimate producers. They advocate for evidence-based tax and regulatory measures to address this issue and safeguard government revenue for healthcare and programs.
